About MineralLogic

Mineral intelligence
built for the field.

MineralLogic is a Texas mineral rights intelligence platform. We index county CAD records and Texas RRC production data so landmen and mineral buyers can find what they need in seconds, not days.

What We Do

The data edge that used to cost $15K/year

Finding mineral owners in Texas used to mean days of courthouse research or expensive data brokers. We built MineralLogic to fix that — a searchable database of over 7.4 million mineral ownership records, refreshed directly from county appraisal district filings.

Every record includes owner name, mailing address, NRI percentage, entity classification (trust, estate, corporate, individual), and a proprietary Seller Score that ranks motivation 0–100.

We layer in Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) production data so you can pull historical volumes, plot decline curves, and calculate EUR — all without leaving the platform.

Data Sources
County CAD Records

Texas county appraisal districts are required by law to publish property ownership data for tax assessment. We pull directly from these public filings — the most authoritative ownership source available.

Texas RRC Production Data

The Texas Railroad Commission publishes monthly oil and gas production by lease. We index this to give you decline curves, BOE totals, and EUR calculations directly in the platform.

Data refreshed periodically. Market values reflect CAD appraised values — not necessarily transaction prices.
